Living on Earth's Peter Thomson reports on the latest maneuvering in the US-Mexico row over an import ban designed to protect dolphins killed by Mexican tuna fishing boats. As the US, Mexico and Canada negotiate a North American Free Trade agreement, reporter Bob Carty visits the border city of Matamoros, Mexico to examine the environmental impact of a two-decade free-trade experiment. (12:54)
